Jeff Oliphant

With a penchant for great storytelling and a keen eye for unique product, Jeff Oliphant has been creating winning brand marketing programs while developing significant special market revenues for his QVC clients since 1998. A legacy representation group with one of the longest standing successful tenures of any organization doing business exclusively with QVC, J.W. Oliphant & Associates, under Jeff's leadership, has been responsible for many of the most successful strategic sales efforts and memorable live TV moments in QVC's storied history. And with the 2018 QVC acquisition of HSN under the flagship Qurate Retail Group banner, Jeff has expanded the scope of his team’s expertise to QVC’s sister channel to create even more indelible moments and memorable successes. Prior to starting J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Jeff partnered in the start up of One Source Group a logistics and merchandising modeled business providing foundational support for QVC.com in their infancy. And prior to this, Jeff created Great American Booksellers a boutique fulfillment company offering pick, pack and drop ship services to an emerging e-commerce publishing community. A Florida resident, Jeff is the proud father of two outstanding young adults, enjoys a good read, delicious food, an occasional round of golf and discovering new favorite places while traveling.

Aubri Oliphant Scully

Aubri Oliphant Scully is a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for home shopping. Aubri's career began with a keen interest in consumer behavior and a natural flair for building connections. Her ability to understand the unique dynamics of the QVC platform sets her apart. She possesses a deep understanding of the preferences of QVC's diverse audience and leverages this insight to curate compelling sales strategies.Known for her infectious enthusiasm, Aubri has successfully built businesses on the QVC platform over a variety of categories since joining J.W. Oliphant & Associates in 2018. She takes pride in her ability to adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of live television, showcasing products in a way that resonates with the QVC audience. Beyond her sales driven mindset, Aubri excels in fostering strong relationships with QVC team members, from producers to merchants to on-air hosts. She collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure an engaging shopping experience for viewers & strong sales results for her clients. Her commitment to client satisfaction and her proactive approach to problem-solving have earned her a reputation as a trusted partner in the QVC ecosystem. With a proven track record of driving sales and building lasting partnerships, Aubri is a dedicated advocate for brands looking to make a lasting impact on QVC. Outside of the office, Aubri enjoys traveling with her husband Cameron & is a proud mom to two beautiful Cockapoo dogs – Moose & Louie.

Caitlin Feldman

Caitlin Feldman is a graduate of Albright College with a dual degree in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandising. Before joining J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Caitlin spent 5 years with QVC as a merchant/buyer in various categories including Gourmet Food and Kitchen Hardgoods, helping to launch and build many successful brands. During her time at QVC she won outstanding achievement awards in both sales, product development, and show planning & execution. She was responsible for managing some of the largest food brands with double digit growth year over year. She has been with JWO for over 8 years, managing some of the largest food brands at QVC today. Caitlin is also a trained QVC on-air guest for the platform, stepping in for many of our food brand primary guest in a pinch! Caitlin, a former collegiate all-conference field hockey athlete enjoys traveling, baking and working out. She is a PA resident and mom to Stella & Archie!

Emily Williams

Emily Williams has a long standing background in sales and the customer service industry. With over 14 years as a licensed salon professional working in various roles in the beauty industry, Emily's experience has helped her develop and eye for stand-out products and on trend brands! Since joining J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Emily has taken her unique skill set and instincts and applied them towards the process of finding, qualifying and developing brands en route to their launch on the QVC platform. Emily loves being a momma to Winnie and a wife to a loving husband and enjoys traveling with her family and all things Christmas!

Taylor Piranian

Taylor Piranian is a seasoned marketing and purchasing executive with over 8 years of professional experience. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Management Systems from The University of Tennessee, she is passionate about understanding consumer needs and leveraging data-driven insights to shape brand strategy. Since joining J.W. Oliphant & Associates, Taylor has utilized her experience and specific skill set to develop new brands and product launches on the QVC platform, while encouraging consumer engagement pre and post airings for her clients. Taylor has a love for cooking, creating digital art and interior home design!

Michael Santini

Michael Santini is a graduate of University of Connecticut with a degree in Communications/Jounalism. Prior to joining the J.W. Oliphant and Associates team Michael spent 30+ years in the Sports television industry, most recently as the Executive Producer tasked with launching a Regional Sports Network for the Chicago Cubs. During the entirety of his career covering sports Michael worked closely with the Sales teams at MSG Network, MLB Network and Marquee Sports Network in Chicago. Covering the Knicks, NY Rangers, Yankees, Mets and Cubs was always about more than the live games and it was Michael’s dedication to finding and telling the interesting stories about the players and teams that helped to set him apart from others in the sports TV world. With his experience working closely with Sales teams throughout his career and being a natural story teller he has become a uniquely invaluable member of the J.W. Oliphant and Associates team. This experience and his competitive nature benefit the many brands and clients he works closely with. Michael lives in Connecticut with his wife Maureen and is the proud father of Patrick, Brendan and Caeleigh

Dana Fleming

Dana Fleming has been with the J.W. Oliphant & Associates team since 2014 as an on air guest host in the food space. In this time, Dana has successfully represented many of our top food brands on live TV such as Harry & David, Poppi Soda, KIND, Cushman Honeybells, BNutty Peanut Butter and many more! Dana consistently find herself championing some of the most notable food brands on QVC and always brings authentic energy and excitement to each of her QVC airings! A graduate of Michigan State University, Dana began her career in the Finance world and later transitioned to on air brand representation. Now officially an empty nester, Dana spends her spare time golfing, traveling to see her girls in college and learning to play Mahjong. She loves to entertain in her New Jersey home where she resides with her golf obsessed husband.

Jackie Grant

Jackie Grant is a food blogger and recipe creator known as Simmer and Sage, as well as a featured on air guest ion the food space at QVC! A graduate of Penn State University with degree in Psychology, Jackie served as a recruiting consultant at various large companies in the Philadelphia area while pursuing her passions for food and fitness in her spare time. An accomplished fitness professional and self taught cook, Jackie fuses her background in wellness into her recipes and enthusiasm for all things food related. She especially loves bringing new food brands to life on QVC as one of the core foodie guests on the platform. When Jackie inst on air or blogging, se enjoys spending time at home and in the garden with her teenage children, husband, three dogs and eight chickens.

Ralph Pallarino

Ralph Pallarino started cooking at the very early age of five and as an adult, went on to open and run three restaurants as a chef / owner. Ralph's love for cooking ultimately led him to a foodie career on TV, starting as a featured participant on the Food Network's “Date Plate”. Soon after, Ralph's expertise took him to QVC where he has developed into one of the premiere on-air foodie guests with his current role representing the Kansas City State Company. Ralph's passion for food serves him well in his dual role as he sources new food and culinary opportunities for J.W. Oliphant & Associates. Ralph resides in the southeastern suburbs of Pennsylvania with his wife and two children. Ralph loves cooking, playing tennis and time spent with his family.

Serena Scanzillo

Serena Scanzillo is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, Biomechanics Specialist, and Wellness Professional with over 17 years of experience. As the Founder of SerenaFit, she has had the privilege of coaching employees at leading companies like McKinsey, Deloitte, KPMG, and Boston Consulting, and even a Supreme Court Judge. Her expertise in fitness and wellness has been featured in SHAPE, Prevention, Parade, and Forbes, and she has served as an ambassador for Athleta.
Serena’s work extends beyond coaching; she has collaborated with major brands like Gatorade, TikTok, and Wharton Business School, bringing her unique blend of knowledge and enthusiasm to every partnership. Now a Food and Lifestyle Expert on QVC, Serena represents beloved brands such as Everton Toffee, Leonetti’s Italian Foods, and Lesser Evil Popcorn. Her vibrant on-air presence and genuine connection with audiences make her a trusted voice in the industry.
A graduate of George Mason University with a focus on Media + Communications, Serena combines her media savvy with her passion for wellness to inspire and uplift others. A New England native, she draws inspiration from the great outdoors and enjoys spending her free time exploring nature, reading, or relaxing with her dog Lassie and her two cats, Milton and Col Mustard.
